Through registration forms we collect the participant's name, date of birth, age, health notes and the parent's contact details (name, phone, email). This information is used solely to organise the camp and keep children safe.
2. How we store it
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a protected database. Only authorised team members can access it.
3. Third parties
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. It may only be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
4. Photos and video
Consent for sharing camp photos is requested separately during registration. If you do not consent, your child's photo is not published.
5. Your rights

6. Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies to remember your language choice and session. There are no advertising trackers.
