1. Registration
Your application is recorded once the form is submitted. The place is officially secured after the payment is confirmed.
2. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer. Details are shown on screen and in your email after registration. Please include your registration code in the payment reference.
3. Cancellation and refunds
More than 14 days before the start: full refund. 7–14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: the deposit is non-refundable, the remainder is returned. Illness cases are reviewed individually with a medical certificate.
4. Participant conduct
A participant whose behaviour endangers other children may be sent home at the parent's expense. No refund is given in such cases.
5. Health information
Parents must provide complete and accurate information about the child's health, allergies and medication. The organiser is not liable for risks arising from withheld information.
6. Programme changes
The programme may change due to weather or safety reasons. Parents are informed in advance in such cases.
7. Personal belongings
The organiser is not responsible for lost valuables. Phone usage rules are announced separately for each camp.
